It could have been prevented if we had drugged and hypnotised him but no-one had the chemical knowledge, not even Quackpot Kane and the Medicine Men. Alas, Super Kevin Betsy has now gone from Wycombe, down the Crow Road towards Bristol, and all we have left are our memories.
